A survey conducted by the World Business Chicago and the Chicago Council on Global Affairs coordinated by Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management showed that Chicago was in the top three best business cities in the United States by 200 Chinese business executives in Shanghai, who chose American cities to invest their money.
When asked which North American cities were "the best cities to do business", 69% said New York, 57% said Chicago and 40% said San Francisco.
