It is said that the building will automatically adjust the direction of the sunlight according to the intensity of the sun, so strong light in the summer can be blocked and more sunshine will be allowed in the winter.
In addition, the building is powered by natural gas, and the heat produced by the gas generator will be used for heating in the winter. An artificially intelligent control system keeps the indoor temperature at around 18 degrees Celsius. (Approximately 66 degrees Fahrenheit)
It is estimated that with the advanced energy-saving technology, it could save 70% more energy than a regular building of the same size.
