 The first project, which is already completed, is the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee’s headquarters. The second one regards the buildings in the Olympic Village and it is currently under construction. These projects are based on the development of solar energy technologies to replace the use of coal for distributing energy generation. China faces serious challenges in energy demands, but 95 percent of new buildings fail to reach energy-saving standards |
