On August 23, senior representatives of about 30 overseas banks met with CBRC regulators to discuss concerns over the draft administrative rules on foreign banks.
However, a Dutch Bank’s official said that on August 20, Dutch Bank ABN AMRO, the Europe’s biggest lender, had already agreed with the CBRC proposal, and the bank had an ambitious expansion plan in China for the next two years.
Some other players may not like it.

I am pretty sure the other bankers despised that Dutch Bank.
Just not sure what benefit the Dutch Bank will get.
