Wal-Mart hates unions. I hate unions. But, it seems that Government back trade unions in China have been trying to organize its workers to stand against foreign companies.
The unions are particularly critical of Wal-Mart's resistance to dealing with unions. Hmm...
Wal-Mart is still growing in China and chances are they will eventually reach the massive size they desire, such that their orders, prices and what not are so competitive as to be unbeatable.
And then, Wal-Mart will tell China's unions and the rest of the world's unions where they can go.
I am not a big Wal-Mart fan. But, I hate unions more.
How about you?
go to 老毕看中国

I worked for a Union for nine years, and yes they really are not that great. I have been in management for 20 years and an employee for the past nine. I can see how some people like the unions, and as far as I can see it is the employees that are lazy, do not care what the bosses think. They know as long as they do not break the rules the company can not get rid of them (the employee). For nine years I concidered my union dues as my medical premium, the unions do have good medical.
