1. poor customer service
2. misleading company ads
3. shoddy safety standards
4. and anything else....

The Chinese netizens complained about the depiction...denouncing online the suggestion that hard work does not pay off.
The Colonel found his footing and changed the ad to show that in the end all three had passed.
Chinese bloggers and forum users made the difference.
Taobao is the Chinese version of eBay. When 62% of its 20 million customers balked at a paid version, CEO of Taobao, Jack Ma, said "Let's take it down." Reason being - "We listen to our customers."
The Colonel gets points for paying attention. Now, should I call my son and tell him to study or send him sound coupons to eat at KFC?
