China's Most Beautiful Girls - Top 10 w/pics

I found a list that purports to know who the 10 most beautiful girls in China are.

What this means to me is that these are the girls we are likely to see next on the big screen in the magazines and such here in the US as America tries to capitalize on everything Chinese AND get the average Chinese to look/read/watch.

Is that what I am doing here? Hmmm....Here are numbers 6-10.

zhouxun.jpg

#10 Zhou Xun - born in Oct. 1976. English name Jue from Zhejiang.

There is NO way this girl looks 30 years old.

Zhou Hui Min.jpgNumber 9 is Zhou Hui Min. Her English name is Vivian Chow. Born in Hong Kong.

Vivian will be 40 years old this year.

Is anybody eating their heart out besides me?

guanzhiling.jpgNumber 8 is Guan Zhi Ling, also born in Hong Kong.

Her English name is Rosamund Kwan.

Uh, don't know who gave that name to her, but.

Rosamund is in her mid 40s...almost 44.

joeywong.jpgThis is Joey Wong at number 7.  Joey's (Great Name!) Chinese name is Wang Zu Xian.

Joey was born in Taiwan.....

Ready, Joey will be 39 this week.

How do the Chinese stay so young looking?

Charlie Yeung.jpgAt number 6 is Yang Cai Ni.

She also goes by the English name Charlie (another great name for a girl) Yeung.

Charlie looks her age - 32 - but doesn't dress it.

Only a Chinese girl in her 30's would wear this. I can't imagine any girl from another Asian country wearing this.

Here is number 5.

No one will be surprised to know that Zhang Ziyi made the list. What I am surprised by is that she is number 5 and not higher.

zhangziyicap.jpg

I reckon she figures people in English speaking countries can say her name (she's wrong) because she hasn't adopted an English name yet. Does anybody have any suggestions.

She is a young 26 years old and comes from Beijing.

 Here is number 4.

cecilia1.jpg

This Zhang Bai Zhi, no relation to the other Zhang on the list that I know of.

cecilia.jpg

Am I the only one who can see through this?

She goes by the English name Cecilia Cheung. Where do the Chinese get these names?

.cecila2.jpg

Cecilia is from Hong Kong and is the second youngest on the list at 26. Today, btw, is her birthday.

Does this remind you of anyone?

C'mon, China, you can be more original than this.

 Here is number 3.

This is Jiang Peil Ling.

shirley.jpg

Honest, this picture scared me. She looks like a lion. Perhaps that was the intent, but whoa!

Too much reality.

shirley2.jpg

She goes by the English name Shirley Jiang. (A nice normal name.)

Shirley is a young 27 years old and is from Harbin...the cold country. I was there, but, dang it, I didn't see her.

 shirley3.jpgQuite a contrast from the first pic,eh?

Which is your favorite?

Here is number 2.

michell2.jpg

This is Li Jia Xin from Hong Kong.

Yep...and she's a looker.

Michelle.jpg

It makes me wish I were in my 30's again...but it wouldn't make a difference, because I don't have a chance anyway.

She goes by Michelle Reis and will be 36 in a month.

Michelle! What are you doing this evening?

michelle3.jpg

And, here is number 1.

Ling.jpg

This spot has been given to Lin Chi Ping.

Lin has no English name that she goes by, perhaps figuring we westerners can say her real name. She is right. We've been practicing saying Ping for a long time...and ding a ling and such.

ling2.jpg

She comes from Taiwan and will be 32 years old this year.

When I was a teenager I used to think that 30 something was old. Now that I have been a teenager many times I think 30 something is young. I also think that is when women look their best.. How about you?

Congratulations to Lin Chi Ling for being number one. Does anybody want to offer up a different candidate?

Hollywood ...are you reading?

china's most beautiful celebrities maybe, not sure about china's most beautiful girls.

And how about Gong Li? She's more beautiful than quite a few of those listed, no?

I agree with the #1 spot. Zhang Ziyi I think would be a perfect number 2. I totally agree with the lion analogy. I was feeling kinda old for 26, but now that I've seen these pictures and seen how old they are and how young they look, I don't feel so bad. All of these women I could see in movies. Hollywood in general needs a giant overhaul to clear out the rehash and remake and get some freaking originality. Say it with me Hollywood, "O-rigi-nal-ity!!!" Thanks for posting some beauties to brighten up a normally grim Monday morning.

Qi Shu, I think that's her name. she played many roles. We've seen her in the movies like "the Transporter 1", "So Close", and in one of Jackie Chan's movies, which I forget the title. The first time I saw her I think she looked great, especially with those fish lips. She should be on the top of the list. If you don't know of her check her out. Regarding the way why asians look so young, sorry blue, that's a secret.

Wow!! The way they retain their beauty and young looks is amazing. I think number 3 Jiang Peil Ling should be number one, although her first picture is extreme and she does resemble a lion her beauty shines through. The second picture is more classy and I could picture going to Tea at high noon or maybe some Dim Sum at a really nice place with her. She is definitely number one. All these women are very attractive and the way they hold their looks and are able to look so young at there age is something to be studied. I also do feel as time has gone by our peeking age is growing later and later, it would be safe to say that 40 is the new 20.

Zhang langlang, young, but definitely a future star.

This list definitely needs Shu Qi at #1. And zz should be higher. But there are so many beautiful Chinese girls. Watch the CCTV sometime when they have those big stage productions with 50 chorus girls -- I am telling you everyone of those girls is fine and would easily fit into this list.

I'm so surprised that Zhang Ziyi was on the list. I don't think she's pretty.

LONG ZAIIIII

I cant say they beautiful, I have seen nicer

china or asia country girl as relationship and seniuor

How about a 2007 update!!

girl

I think they're all beautiful but most of them has an european nose..
I think Zhang Bai Zhi is a beautiful n cute one..

I do not think chinese girls are beautiful, and by the way chinese women gettig old and ugly even more faster than eropean, that is so obvious...pictures are fotoshop.you better see them live on the street-urggh!!!!
