The Committee of 100 Commissioned a survey to discover what Americans think about China. More information about this group can be found at the link at the end of this post.
The survey asked Congressional leaders several questions to get their opinions - right or wrong.
We understand that if our Congressmen and Congresswomen think these things, well, then that is what we are supposed to be thinking, right?
Yea, I know it should be the other way around. Congress should be representing us, but for some reason, these potlickers get it in their mind what they think and then convince themselves that people in their states/districts think the same thing. That's a different subject.
Here is a question asked the congressional staff by the Committee of 100 survey team.
China's legislature has passed an "anti-secession" law that would outlaw any formal move toward independence by any Chinese province, including Taiwan.
What impact do you think this new Anti-secession law will have on China-Taiwan realtions?
Nearly 90% of the Congressional staff said it would heighten tension betwenn the two.
About eight percent said it would be business as usual.
The eight percent were right, eh? Business as usual.
What do you think?
