China is aiming for the moon.
Really the moon...moon.
China announced that it plans to put a man on the surface of the moon by 2024.
Gee, I'll be ...dead...probably, unless I can live to be a hundred and...
China had their first successful human space mission in 2003 and then switched into hyperspeed. Now they want to put a man on the moon.
The announcement was made by a top scientist, lunar program vice director, Long Lehao. Great name for someone representing those who are aiming for a goal a long time away.
But one question remains the same....uh...why?
We are still wondering why America and the Soviets put someone on the moon.
They went, they landed, they brought back rocks and spent a whole lot of money doing so.
And then what?
What do you think?
