The more I write about China the more I realize there is NOTHING that isn't a big business opportunity in China.
Add bio-services to the list.
China has made the necessary gains in technology, expertise and business savvy.
A couple of days ago a bio-service group shelled out $200 million plus to buy a complex that Sun Microsystems recently left right up the street from me.
Bio-services is big business. Why shouldn't China be able to get in on it as well?
Research and Markets gives a more detailed analysis of 74 Chinese and joint venture biotech firms, case studies and company profiles. It is for pharmceutical, biotech and bioservice companies as well as biotech tool suppliers and investors..it is also NOT free.
The point - China is elbowing its way into the bioservices field.
What do you think?

I think you are right. I also think that China is one of the best countries in the world in which to conduct medical research and surveys because it is relatively easy to keep track of the populace and they tend not to be on any medication. China just opened this field up to foreigners and the rush is most definitely on.
